AcreOutlet.com is a wholesale real estate website that offers discounted vacant land priced 30% – 50% below market value.
How are you able to sell these properties so cheaply?
We purchase our properties from motivated sellers – people who, for one reason or another, just want to get rid of their land. We then turn around and sell these properties for 30% to 50% below market value. We’re not like traditional real estate investors because we don’t buy land in the hope that the price will go up someday. Instead, we’re more like real estate “flippers”. We find great deals and pass those deals on to you. We like to leave some money in the deal so that everybody wins.
What’s the catch?
No catch. These are legit properties, owned free and clear by us. We have had title work done and the properties are free and clear of liens and encumbrances. These are desirable parcels suitable for building a home, farming, hunting, timbering, or retreat purposes.
Can anyone purchase land on AcreOutlet.com?
This website is geared toward anyone interested in purchasing vacant land at a discount. Our customers are professional real estate investors, wholesalers, and home contractors. Members of the general public are also welcome to purchase property through our website and we are happy to help walk you through that process.
How do I purchase land from your website?
Get in touch with us by using the contact form on the site. From there we can discuss closing options and send you a purchase agreement to sign. We generally send all of our sales through a local title company. The title company will send you documentation to sign and you will send the title company cash for the purchase (either a cashier’s check or wire transfer). The title company handles everything as a neutral third party. Since these are cash deals, closings can happen very quickly – sometimes as fast as a week. Do you offer financing?
We don’t offer financing at this time, though we do plan to offer it in the very near future. Sign up for our mailing list and we’ll notify you when we start.
Do I need a real estate agent to buy land from you?
No. Our properties are not listed with agents, so you’ll never pay commissions.
What kind of properties do you offer for sale?
We sell a variety of vacant land. Some of the properties include buildable lots in established subdivisions. Some of our land can be used for farming, timbering, or hunting. Other properties might be suitable to build a cabin on or to be used as retreat property.
